Meet Zephyr Family Farm
Hi! We're Amanda and Steven and we make up Zephyr Family Farm. We couldn't be more excited to begin our second year brining you Certified Naturally Grown produce. Located in Wake County, we grow southern heirlooms and crops that do well in our changing climate.
Currently we are working hard, gearing up for our 3rd season! This year we're seeing dramatic improvements on our soil health; the pH has dropped several points, and organic matter levels are up significantly. We've also dialed in our seed starting soil mix and watering process incorporating bacterial drenches and local coffee chaff (replacing coco coir), all of which has allowed Steven to grow our best looking seedlings yet.
Starting in April you'll find us back at the Western Wake Farmers Market in Morrisville on Saturdays from 8am till 12pm.
And starting in May you can order online for pickup at the farm on Thursdays from 4pm-7pm.
